Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Velobike packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
